Momo by Litty sells collectible PVC lighter cases and accessories.
Lighters are not included.
Products contain no gas, fuel, or ignition system.

Some Products are sold as blind boxes: designs are randomly selected. No specific model or character can be requested. Duplicates may occur.

Products are not toys and are intended for adult use only.

3. Prices & Taxes

Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or import taxes are not included and remain the Client’s responsibility.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon full payment.
Payments are processed securely by Shopify’s payment providers.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of payment dispute or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide.

Estimated delivery time after shipping confirmation:
• International: 6–8 business days

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to customs clearance, local carriers, or force majeure.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Clients have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Return shipping costs are at the Client’s expense.

Blind box Products cannot be returned or exchanged due to design preference or duplicates, unless defective.

Refunds are issued as store credit valid for 2 years.

7. Defective Products

If a Product is defective or non-conforming, the Client must contact us within 30 days of delivery at momobylitty@gmail.com with photos.
The Seller will replace or refund the Product in accordance with applicable law.

8. Liability

The Seller is not responsible for misuse, modification, incompatible lighters, or normal wear.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only; minor variations may occur.
