What color will I receive?
The color of your MOMO figurine is a surprise! When you place your order, the color is randomly assigned to preserve the element of surprise. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the color you want.
Can I choose the color?
No, the color is random and is part of the MOMO collection concept. Every order is a discovery! If you order a pack of 6, you will receive an assortment of random colors.
What is the delivery time?
We ship your order within 2 to 4 business days of it being placed. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package is on its way.
Can I return or exchange my figurine?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt only if the product is damaged.
We do not offer returns or exchanges due to color differences.
In case of damage, you can choose between a refund or an exchange.
