配送ポリシー

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide directly from our international logistics partners. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times range between 7–15 business days depending on the destination country. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, logistics constraints, or high demand periods.


Tracking

All orders include a tracking number. Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery status using the tracking link provided.


Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been marked as “delivered” by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, the responsibility for the package is transferred to the customer.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

In such cases, customers are encouraged to:

  • Check their mailbox and surrounding area
  • Contact neighbors or building management
  • Contact the local carrier directly


Proof of Delivery

Carriers may provide additional delivery confirmation such as delivery photos, GPS confirmation, or delivery timestamps.

These elements constitute valid proof that the package was delivered to the correct location.

Any claim stating non-receipt of an order despite confirmed delivery and supporting proof (including delivery photos) will be considered invalid.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, this is considered a potential theft or misplacement after delivery. While we will do our best to assist, this situation is outside of our control and liability.
